Responsibility : Chhapkaam is a B2B company that exclusively works with B2B printers and graphic designers. Any orders placed must not contain duplicate, fake, or prohibited content. This responsibility lies entirely with the B2B printers, graphic designers, or channel partners. If any partner knowingly or unknowingly places an order with duplicate, fake, or prohibited content, their membership will be permanently revoked.
Color Variations : The same color may appear differently when printed, whether it’s from us or another company, and regardless of the printing method (digital or offset). It is important to note that color matching across different prints is not guaranteed. Be aware that there may be differences between colors seen on screens (monitors, mobile, etc.) and the final printed product.
Liability in Disputes : In case of any disputes, lost, or delayed shipments, Chhapkaam’s maximum liability will be limited to the value of the disputed product.
Membership/Channel Partner Rights : Chhapkaam reserves the right to cancel or modify any membership or channel partner codes at its discretion.
Payment Responsibility : Chhapkaam is only responsible for payments made directly to our bank account or that of our affiliates.
Service Notifications : By placing an order, you agree to receive service-related or transactional SMS notifications from Chhapkaam.
Jurisdiction : All legal matters will be governed by the jurisdiction of Ahmedabad.
Additional Charges:- GST: 18% GST will be added to the final cost.
- Courier and Transportation: These charges are extra and will be calculated as per the actual cost from the transporter, payable by the customer.
Printer Responsibility : The printer placing the order is solely responsible for the content, text, and images provided for printing.
Product Quantity Variations : For files, folders, and bags, the final quantity may vary by 5% to 10%. Billing will be done based on the actual quantity produced.
Rates and Charges : Prices are fixed but may change without prior notice. There are no extra packing and forwarding charges.
Designs : The client must provide the design artwork. For PP materials, we recommend lighter designs.
Paper or PP Thickness : There may be a +/- 5% variation in paper or PP thickness.
Credit Card Payments : Payments made via credit card will incur additional charges, which are the responsibility of the customer and cannot be refunded or claimed back from Chhapkaam under any circumstances.
